Round 2
Jumping from the first to the last round, after 1+ hour or working really hard, 22 Squadrateers were given one more ‘little’ exercise. Thanks to Mathijs van der Veen that came to be the ‘Cat-Hold’ which can be seen here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvKPHWKFvR0
If you have never done this: try it at home! Now, in the video the man just says 90 secs, can I have a round of applause for Sanne Huisken, who not only managed to hold it for 4m04s, but i am sure she can make it 5 minutes too! Also i want to mention our brave trainer Cees the Boer here, keeping the honor of our guild up, being best in his group and only stopping not to embarrass the others 
again shoutouts to Karel Bakkeren, Brent Vansteenkiste, but also: to Robin Bruins! And Dennis Visser together with Iris Topal for once again ending on the same rank; do we see a trend?
Round 1
The first round consisted of 3 times one minute of ghosting. If you do not know what ghosting is, check the vid below. Here are the incredible results of those 22 warriors with special mention of Fons Poon, i mean, wow. Also Brent Vansteenkiste representing the board and Karel Bakkeren (last years board): doing a fabulous job!
